With its user-friendly interface, MintSolo enables even newcomers to solo mining to harness data analytics without being overwhelmed by the technicalities, making solo Bitcoin mining more accessible and informed.

Getting Started
Getting started with the MintSolo Platform on Umbrel is simple. Until MintSolo is added to the Umbrel App store, you can install the MintSolo Platform using the Community App Stores installation process.
Required App – The MintSolo Platform requires you to have one of the following previously installed and operating (Bitcoin Core, Bitcoin Knots, or Libre Relay). If one is not installed, you can install it during the MintSolo installation.
Just follow the steps outlined below to get MintSolo installed on Umbrel.
Step #1
Go to the Umbrel App Store on your “Umbrel.local” home page as you would normally when installing any app on Umbrel.
Step #2
In the top-right corner of the app store, click on the three dots “…” to reveal the “Community App Stores” option (see image).
Click on the Community App Stores link to open the Community App Stores options.
Step #3
In the URL field, enter the following URL and then click the Add button.

Step #4
At this point, your screen should look like the following
Now, click on the Open Button.
Step #5
You should see a screen that shows the MintSolo – Solo Bitcoin Mining Platform application (see image below).
Move your mouse over the MintSolo entry, and you will notice it is highlighted when you hover over the app. Click on the MintSolo entry when it is highlighted.
Step #6
On this screen, you are presented with an overview of the MintSolo – Solo Bitcoin Mining Platform. Feel free to read the overview and review the app images.
When you are ready to install the app, click the Install button in the top right corner of the page.
Step #7
The MintSolo Platform requires one of the following to be installed
- Bitcoin Core
- Bitcoin Knots
- Libre Relay
Select which one you have already installed. If your selection has not been installed previously, it will be installed for you. Then click the Install MintSolo button. MintSolo will connect to your node and complete the installation. (Allow 2 to 3 minutes for the installation to complete)
Once the installation completes, click the Open button in the top-right corner of the page.
Step #8
You should be presented with a web page that explains how to configure your installation with our MintSolo Analytics Dashboard. This information is specific to your installation and provides you with a secure, personalized Dashboard Endpoint.
Follow the 3 Steps outlined in the Configuration Instructions on this page to complete your installation/configuration of MintSolo.
Once you have completed these steps, you can visit our MintSolo Analytics Dashboard at https://stats.mintsolo.com to monitor your miners via any mobile or desktop device.
